We (Craig and Hae) are self-proclaimed doctors of Common Sense. We are researchers, educators and Health for Life Visionaries. Our vision is that one day, we will all awaken to the fact that our bodies will be healthy with plant-based whole foods, that our minds will be calm when we minimize and live within our means, and that we will be at peace when we recognize that we are all connected and give back and share with others as though it is to ourselves. We talk about what we have learned and recommend resources. We are not medical doctors. We do not prescribe nor do we recommend lifestyle plans. And we recognize that what we have learned may not be the best “medicine” for everyone. We strongly recommend that everyone discuss any plans for lifestyle changes with their health care provider.
To help others through education and support to become healthy in Mind, Body, and Spirit.
