Everyone has been asking for a list of the staples we maintain in our pantry, refrigerator and freezer!  It would be overwhelming to purchase every item on this list at once.  So, try to get a few items every week and soon you would have all the items on the list.  This is just a recommendation and I am sure you will find a variety of other whole or minimally processed whole plant staples you would like to stock!  A couple things you might consider when you shopping for these items:·      Fresh Veggies and fruits – Organic, locally grown and seasonal items.  Be mindful of the dirty dozen (pesticides) and clean fifteen (no concerns with conventionally grown) lists. Minimally processed with less than five clean ingredients. Have fun exploring new!
